Group Reflection

As a unit, I think me and Phoebe are working together well and have a good dynamic. It was established early on (before even beginning the editing work) that Phoebe was much less comfortable with using Adobe Premiere, whereas I find it extremely fun and am happy to edit the whole project.

While we were mildly concerned about working in a group of only two people, we decided we would work together just fine and work s hard as we needed to in order to keep up with the other groups in our class. Despite some initial disagreements in terms of our differing creative viewpoints, we reached a point where we had joint ideas which we both liked and felt would work really well.

There was some stress when attempting to complete work in time for deadlines, but we organised our tasks by creating To-Do lists which helped with time management.

Reflecting on the whole experience I am extremely proud of us for being able to keep up with the other groups despite being a group of just tow people - we managed to create a product we are both happy with and I feel we worked to the best of our abilities to fulfill our allotted tasks.
While creating lists helped somewhat with time management, if I could do it again I would ensure that every single task was completed before the due date in order to prevent any later stress.
