Overall, I am pleased with how filming went for our music video. We were able to film everything we needed on time, and filmed more than enough footage, meaning there was a wide selection of clips to choose from while editing.
While a Sony Handycam provided by the media department would have been a sufficient camera to film with, we decided to use my Sony Cybershot HX300 to film with. It is able to film in 720p, so we were able to get extremely high quality footage.
The locations were relatively easy to film on, despite having limited space - we had to think of angles which would not show the green-screen ceiling or floor, and in my living room we had to try and disguise the plain looking room with various props.
Both Phoebe and myself had equal roles in filming, with Phoebe filming my scenes and me filming her scenes. This worked well as we were able to effectively communicate to each other what look we were going for in each shot and film accordingly.
While I would have liked to try out more interesting filming techniques (e.g filming in slow motion then speeding up the footage to normal time), I wouldn't change how our footage and music video turned out and am extremely happy with the result.
